Absolutely an incredible experience! Brandon and Chris came out today, they went above and beyond in helping get the router placed and connecting Internet throughout the house through our smart panel. They were so professional, incredibly friendly, and really went above and beyond. Totally not expected in today’s world really grateful we made the switch!!!
I was a little nervous when Sunday a group showed up unexpectedly to dig the trench (I’d only been told about the appointment today )and they did not speak a whole lot of English as their first language, but they did a really good job in avoiding my plants and the sprinkler system, they were super quick, and they cleaned everything up to the point. where you couldn’t even tell they’d been there.
Just the first day, but my computer heavy using young adults are loving the speeds and I am loving them much less expensive price and better customer service already then spectrum.
